EIFS & Exterior Coatings

Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), most clients use the term Stucco, is the most cost-efficient solution to meet exterior insulation requirements for new construction as well as retrofitting existing homes and buildings. EIFS falls within the guidelines of many federal and/or provincial energy rebate programs. Not only is EIFS aesthetically appealing, but it also offers a variety of benefits such as: energy efficiency and savings of up to seventy percent, helps with increasing the soundproof performance, lightweight and adds practically no structural stress, has a two line of defence to evacuate accidental wind driven rain and eliminate air infiltration. We only used CCMC certified EIFS that meet the current code requirements of the CAN/ULC 716 Standard.

If you have an existing EIFS on your home or building, or any other exterior cladding such as brick, siding or other and are looking for a cost-effective facelift we have exterior coatings that can be applied with minimal invasive work. This allows you to prolong the life of your cladding and rejuvenate the look of your home or building.

Parging

Our fencing division is a turnkey service.
